How Roots & Recipes uses the details you share on this website.
- What we collect
- When you book a table, join the membership or send a celebration enquiry: your name, mobile number, and the details you enter (date, time, guests, occasion, notes, birthday and anniversary if you give them).
- Why
- To confirm your booking, run your membership (coupons, birthday and anniversary offers) and reply to your enquiry. We do not sell your data.
- Where it goes
- Your request is sent to our restaurant team by WhatsApp when you tap Send, and stored in our private database and email inbox. Only our team can see it.
- Analytics
- We use Google Analytics to count visits and clicks. Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads measurement runs only if you allow it; you can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.
- Photo Studio
- If you use the AI Photo Studio, your photo is sent to OpenArt, our AI image service, only to create your picture.
- Your choices
- Ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time: call or WhatsApp +91 98380 32221. We act on requests in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
